To bring a bit of colour to an otherwise grey February this week we're taking a look at Kedgeree (pronounced keh·juh·ree). A tasty comfort food that never has a grain of rice left when I make it at home. Thought to have originated in 14th century India it was later introduced to the United Kingdom and transformed into an anglofied version that would better suit the tastes of people in the UK.
