Roasted Tomato Pasta Sauce

I love this recipe as it's so simple and only uses a couple of ingredients to create a really tasty tomato sauce for your pasta. My motivation for this was to stop my children using pasta sauces that come in a jar. Don't worry if you don't have a blender, this recipe is just as tasty leaving the tomatoes as they are when they come out of the oven.
